Satisfaction Guarentee

Our salon is committed to providing excellent services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We do not offer refunds, but if you are unhappy with our services, please let our front desk staff know right away. For cutting and chemical services, we offer corrections within one week, after which additional charges may apply. We honor product refunds within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

Pricing

All services show a starting price and will vary based on the stylist, hair length, density, texture, or additional services added. Extension services require a complimentary consultation prior to booking as well as paying a 100% deposit for the cost of the hair.

Late Policy

Out of respect for our stylists and other guests, services for clients arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be honored at our own discretion. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule your services as seen fit in order to stay on time for all following appointments.

Card Processing

A service charge of 3% will be applied to all credit card purchases. For your convenience, customers may avoid this fee by paying with cash or check.
