Appointments:
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so you may receive your full service and other clients will not be inconvenienced. We realize all spas may not share our policies. However, every spa is unique in it's attempt to respect both your time and our technicians.

Cancellations
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for single services. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service or spa cancellation. A credit card may be necessary to hold a multiple service or day package appointment.

Children
We gladly service children and offer special pricing. For their own safety and the comfort of other guests, we ask that children not accompany you on your visit. If it is necessary, we ask that children remain in our reception area accompanied by an adult. At no time are children under 12 permitted  in the spa area. Our guests expect, and deserve a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while they receive their service.

Party & Bridal Bookings
All parties of 5 or more are required to reserve appointments with a credit card. No charges will be applied unless the party fails to show or cancel within 24 hours of reservation. For groups of 5 or more a 15% gratuity may be automatically applied.

• Junior Stylist (2 or more years of experience) Haircut/Style $38-40
• Stylist (4 or more years of experience) haircut/Style $42-47
• Senior Stylist (6 or more years of experience) Haircut/Style $48-50
• Master Stylist/Color Specialist (10 or more years of experience) Haircut/Style $51-54
• Senior Master Stylist/Color Specialist (15 to 25 years of experience) Haircut/Style $55-60

All returned checks will include $20 NSF fee.
No refunds or expiration extensions on gift cards. Gift card must be presented at time of services rendered.
